Shipping and Delivery

What carrier do you use for shipping? +

UPS will be used for shipping.
Shipping to PO Boxes is available through USPS.

Where can I ship my orders? +

Customized product only ships to eligible address in the U.S., and we do not ship to lululemon stores, US Territories, or Military address.

When can I expect my order? +

Typically, your order will be processed in the 5 business days following its confirmation. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 days for shipping. Note that timing may vary depending on factors such as order volume.

Where is my order? +

Updates on confirmation, shipment, and delivery will be shared with you by email, so you will be up to date on your order status as it makes its way to you.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an order? +

Customized products are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Can I edit or cancel my order? +

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, edit or make changes. This includes changing the shipping address, payment, or combining multiple orders.

What if my order arrived damaged or I received the wrong item? +

For any quality issue with your customized order, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order. See Contact Us section for more details.

Why was my order cancelled? +

lululemon reserves the right to cancel any orders that contain any image or text that could be considered offensive, political, or subject to copyright protection. Canceled order will be refunded within 5-7 days. See lululemon’s Terms for full details.

Programs and Discounts

Can I purchase in store? +

At this time, customized products can only be purchased online.

How do I apply an offer code? +

To apply an offer code, manually enter the code in the bag and at the checkout page.

Can I use a lululemon gift card? +

At this time, lululemon gift cards cannot be used to purchase customized products.

Can I use my Sweat Collective / Military / First Responder / Ambassador / Birthday offers on customized products? +

Customized products can’t be combined with Community Discounts including but not limited to: Sweat Collective, Ambassador, Birthday, or Military and First Responder discounts.

General Queries

What products are available for customization? +

Select water bottles and tumblers are available for customization. Our third-party website will show you all possible customization options available at this time.

What kind of customizations can I make? +

You can customize the back side of the water bottle with text or numbers of your choice. The customization will be applied using laser-etching for a sleek and durable finish. Please note that monograms, logos, emojis and images are not available at this time.

Why is my order not showing up in my lululemon Account? +

Customized Products are offered through lululemon’s third-party partner. Your order will therefore not show up in your lululemon account purchase history. Updates on your order, including shipment tracking, will be sent directly to your email.
